The menu displays all the tools you need and you can quickly navigate between organisation-level features - such as performance review templates - and people-level features, like a particular person’s performance review.
Reminders are now more clearly defined and faster to action.
You can see what you need to take action on as a manager, upcoming events that you should be aware of, and outstanding tasks that your people need to complete.
We’ve also made it easier to complete your reminders by allowing you to action tasks like leave requests on the spot.
Our new-look calendar makes it easy to view and approve team leave, stay on top of reminders, and manage time-off requests.
Manage leave at your team level and move smoothly between leave requests that are now actionable directly from your calendar. The full overview of the team means you always know how many people are on leave or if someone’s leave request coincides with other leave or a major event.
The feature is already in beta and we’ll have more instant HR documents coming soon.
