The menu displays all the tools you need and you can quickly navigate between organisation-level features - such as performance review templates - and people-level features, like a particular person’s performance review.

Reminders are now more clearly defined and faster to action.
You can see what you need to take action on as a manager, upcoming events that you should be aware of, and outstanding tasks that your people need to complete.
We’ve also made it easier to complete your reminders by allowing you to action tasks like leave requests on the spot.
Improved HR services and advice
With MyHR, you always have the support of our expert advisory team - now you can easily access our comprehensive range of HR services and keep track of your active requests. With the new filtering and sorting, you’ll quickly find the HR guidance you need.
Enhanced calendar tools
Our new-look calendar makes it easy to view and approve team leave, stay on top of reminders, and manage time-off requests.
Manage leave at your team level and move smoothly between leave requests that are now actionable directly from your calendar. The full overview of the team means you always know how many people are on leave or if someone’s leave request coincides with other leave or a major event.
More instant HR documentation
We’re beefing up our list of instant employment documents, so you can generate letters like pay increase notifications in minutes without waiting for the HR team to get back to you.
The feature is already in beta and we’ll have more instant HR documents coming soon.
