We regularly update MyHR's software to make sure your people processes are as easy as possible and to ensure your organisation is up-to-date with industry best-practice and current employment law.
Here's an overview of the latest enhancements and new features we've added in the past few months.
We’ve added new reports for owners and managers so they can easily keep track of custom reminders and digital doc acceptance requests across an organisation.
Custom reminders make it easy to set and check reminders for all important tasks, obligations, and engagements. The new custom reminders report provides increased visibility of custom reminders set by owners and managers, showing the people the reminder relates to, the due date, and if and when it was completed.
Different users have different visibility of reminders contained in the report - depending on their permissions:
You can view and filter the report on the screen or download the full data set.
Digital Document Acceptance enables online acceptance of documents, and owners and managers can easily request, remind, and track employees’ acceptance.
The document acceptance report provides complete visibility of any acceptance requests you have set for your team members. The report contents can be filtered by:
Owner users can see all document acceptance requests across an organisation and managers (with ‘Add and manage people’ permission) can see people in their department.
Find the document acceptance report by heading to your reports tab in ‘My Business’. You can view and filter the report live on screen or download the full data set.
You can now quickly undo document acceptance requests, if, for example, you sent it to someone in error or you need to issue a new version and remove the old document from your employee's reminder list.
We’ve made it simple to update the selection of people who need to accept a file and our software will automatically remove reminders for those team members.
Please note that If the person has already accepted the document, the acceptance cannot be undone, and any notification emails already sent can’t be revoked.
You can now easily see what state your employee's employment agreement is in when you look at their profile.
This section shows in self-service if the person needs to sign their employment agreement and shows in the person overview if either the individual or the manager needs to sign the agreement.
Once you have an onboarding plan available for your employee, you’ll also be able to keep track of how the plan is going with a summary of task completion.
When you're in the recruitment phase, we've made it easy for you to get resources when you need them most.
You can find these helpful tools in your business documents and via the MyHR Knowledgebase. You’ll see handy links to these resources when you make a recruitment request, which means you may not need our assistance at all!
