📄 Sending employee documentation securely

No more downloading and re-uploading. No more emailing back and forth. Now, you can send variation letters, confirming agreed changes to pay, position, hours, reporting line or location, directly to your employees through the MyHR platform, built on templates crafted by our expert HR team, so they’re fully compliant and ready to go.

Employees are notified to log in, review, and accept the changes digitally. The process keeps the information private and secure, and you can easily track acceptance in the reporting feature.

Changes to employment agreement clauses

As your HR partner, it is our responsibility to monitor law changes, new case-law interpretation, and industry best-practice to ensure your documentation is always legally compliant and relevant. The best part is, this work happens constantly in the background while you’re busy working.
 
We have recently undertaken a review of our employment agreements and will be making changes to some of our clauses from Monday, 14 July 2025.
