It’s more intuitive and streamlined - so you can quickly take care of your HR and people management tasks and focus on what matters most. You’ll be able to move between your organisation’s command centre and the details of your people with ease. The menu displays all the tools you need and you can quickly navigate between organisation-level features - such as performance review templates - and people-level features, like a particular person’s performance review. ## Take action instantly ![Reminders 400x400-1](https://blog.myhr.works/hs-fs/hubfs/Reminders%20400x400-1.png?width=400&height=400&name=Reminders%20400x400-1.png) Reminders are now more clearly defined and faster to action.  You can see what you need to take action on as a manager, upcoming events that you should be aware of, and outstanding tasks that your people need to complete. Manage leave at your team level and move smoothly between leave requests that are now actionable directly from your calendar.
