Here's an overview of the latest MyHR product enhancements and new features we've added recently.
Review new employment agreement information
You can now easily review all the information we’ll be using to create a new or updated employment agreement, allowing you to catch and rectify errors or omissions before the agreement is prepared.
After submitting an agreement request, you’re now directed to a success screen that shows you the values submitted and gives you the opportunity to request changes straight away.
You can also access the details of your agreement request via the employee’s documents or the MyHR chat feature, and communicate any necessary changes directly to our team by selecting ‘Request changes’.
Get changes to employment terms happening at the right time
Whether you have an employee changing roles or an update to their employment agreement or salary, you can now schedule changes to a person's terms of employment so they apply once the effective/start date arrives and all the documentation is ready.
This means you can keep managing the person under the current terms in MyHR’s software and changes will only apply when they’re supposed to, keeping everything accurate and on schedule.
Quickly find relevant payroll updates
You can now easily see what changes have been made to your people’s payroll data, e.g. when bank accounts are updated, there have been salary or wage changes, or a tax file number has been added.
The ‘Team Changes and Starters’ report now displays what fields have been updated across a specified date range, saving you admin time and ensuring you can make the right adjustments to your payroll system.
