It’s also great when you make a new hire; once the person signs the employment agreement, their employee record is created and available inside MyHR and CloudPayroll. There are considerable advantages for management, too. MyHR pulls live data from CloudPayroll so managers and employees are always seeing accurate, up-to-date leave balances and calendars. As the software systems are fully integrated and cloud-based, they can be accessed anytime, from anywhere.

Once the employee applies for leave, their manager gets a prompt to either approve the request or contact the person. If the leave is approved, the request automatically syncs with CloudPayroll and the employee's leave balances and wage payments will be calculated for you when you process the pay. In MyHR’s calendar, managers can also easily see who’s away when.

CloudPayroll automatically calculates holiday entitlements for all staff, and makes any deductions, e.g. PAYG, Superannuation and ATO lodgements, so pay is correct and the business is compliant. Any time tax or leave laws change, CloudPayroll updates everything, so you’ll never get caught out.

Managers can quickly review and approve receipts to refund employees, and add personal notes to payslips. Employees can record exact start and finish times using the photo time clock, enter timesheets specifying what they’re working on and submit them, so the business can accurately track labour costs and create custom business intelligence dashboards. CloudPayroll’s payroll software also integrates with Xero for further streamlining of cost-tracking and accounting.
